London Home Show Autumn 2025: A day of possibility and connection for 2,300 budding buyers

By Share to Buy

Thousands of first time buyers attend the 22nd London Home Show

On Saturday 27th September, Share to Buy Live welcomed thousands of aspiring homeowners through the doors of the QEII Centre for the London Home Show Autumn 2025. From first time buyers to renters exploring alternatives, families to retirees, the venue was filled with people seeking guidance, clarity, and confidence.

A warm, bustling atmosphere

What a day! From the moment doors opened at 10am, the building was alive with conversations. The hum of hopeful questions and serious note-taking reaffirmed that this wasn’t just another property event; it was a community of motivated people on the cusp of a life-changing move. Attendees navigated the stands of housing providers, legal and mortgage advisors, and a host of support services, with exhibitors ready and waiting to answer real, pressing questions.

Now in its 12th year, welcoming over 85,000 hopeful homebuyers since 2013, the free event is the country’s biggest exhibition for affordable homeownership. Our 22nd London Home Show provided guests with the opportunity to speak with over 35 exhibitors all under one roof, with unrivalled access to information on different buying schemes and products designed to help people step onto the property ladder.

Prospective buyers were welcomed to a host of live workshops and talks during the event, where complex topics were demystified – from getting mortgage-ready to Shared Ownership myth-busting, conveyancing to staircasing, and boosting your budget. Many attendees used the space to clear up misunderstandings and leave with a more confident ‘next step’.

The session schedule included:

Connecting with real people on the journey
For the thousands of hopeful homebuyers who attended the London Home Show, it wasn’t just about glossy show homes alone – it was also about community, encouragement and inspiration. Several visitors told us they left not just informed, but emotionally re-anchored: they felt less isolated in the challenges of affording a home in London.

Acting in the moment
Many attendees took the opportunity to go beyond consuming information – they took immediate action. Homes were registered for, developments bookmarked, and follow-ups scheduled. The show offered a bridge from “I wonder if I could” to “these are my options” and “this is what I need to do.”
