Let’s talk Shared Ownership

Shared Ownership is a flexible way to buy your home. You purchase a share (usually between 10% and 75%) and pay rent on the rest. It means a smaller deposit, usually lower monthly costs than privately renting and the chance to buy more of your home over time.

It’s ideal for first time buyers and anyone who’s been priced out of the traditional housing market; you could have owned a home before or be looking to upsize or downsize.
