Share to Buy’s free Manchester Home Show returns to the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on Saturday 19th September. Our home shows have helped over 87,000 buyers on their homeownership journey, and our upcoming event could help you too!

Whether you’re at the start of your journey and unsure where to begin, feeling overwhelmed by the rising cost of homeownership, or simply finding everything a little confusing, you’ll have access to free housing, legal and financial advice at the Manchester Home Show.

Planning your day

Hosted by Share to Buy Live, the event arm of Share to Buy, the country’s leading affordable homeownership property portal, the Manchester Home Show will offer 1:1 expert advice, affordable homeownership guidance, and access to some of the country’s leading housing providers all under one roof.

If you’re heading to Manchester for our autumn exhibition, we want to provide you with the information you’ll need to plan your day and ensure you get the most out of your time at the North West’s biggest affordable housing exhibition.

Opening times

The event will open at 10.30am and close at 4pm, but you don’t need to be there all day, so feel free to arrive at a time that suits you.

Exhibitor list

We will have 20 exhibitors on hand to speak with you at the show, including housing providers, property experts, mortgage brokers, solicitors and more. You can plan out who you would like to speak to on the day using our full list of exhibitors and floor plan.

Wherever you’re looking to buy in Manchester or the surrounding area, you’ll be able to find information about hundreds of available and upcoming homes in the city and beyond. Check out our full location list to see which exhibitors have homes in each area.

Live Q&A sessions

We will be hosting a variety of exclusive live sessions throughout the day, including a series of new expert-led talks designed to demystify the buying process.

Please note that spaces for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While you can’t register for these sessions in advance, you can check out the full schedule ahead of time. You’ll then be able to book your place via the event app on the day by scanning the QR code on your lanyard!

The Manchester Home Show

Travel to the QEII Centre

The Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel is ideally located in Manchester city centre, meaning there are plenty of travel options for those attending the Manchester Home Show.

Train: The nearest stations are Piccadilly and Victoria.

Parking: Attendees can access the hotel’s car park via the ramp on New York Street (postcode M1 4BD). You can find more information here.

Disabled parking: Blue Badge holders are entitled to free parking but need to enter their registration at reception.

Cycling: Local cycle parking is avialble at the City Tower Cycle Hub for those bringing their own bicycle.
