Following the success of our debut North West exhibition, we’re excited to confirm that the Manchester Home Show will return in 2026. Due to overwhelming demand from both attendees and exhibitors, Share to Buy is bringing its flagship event for first time buyers and home movers back to the north for another year of expert advice, affordable housing opportunities, and in-person support for budding buyers.

Hosted for the first time in May 2025, the inaugural Manchester Home Show welcomed over 750 hopeful homeowners through the doors of the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. With 18 exhibitors in attendance and a full schedule of live Q&A sessions, financial workshops, and home-buying seminars, the event gave buyers everything they needed to take the next step toward homeownership – all under one roof.
