Travel to the Exeter Rougemont hotel

The Exeter Rougemont hotel is ideally located in the heart of Exeter, meaning there are plenty of travel options for those attending Homebuyers Day.

Train: The nearest station is Exeter Central Rail Station (situated opposite the hotel).

Parking: The Exeter Rougemont Hotel has a small, gated car park with a limited number of spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking charges apply. As availability is very limited, we recommend allowing extra time or considering one of the nearby city-centre car parks if you’re travelling by car.

There are several public car parks within a short walk of the venue, including Mary Arches Street and Princesshay, both of which offer convenient access to the hotel.

Disabled parking: The small number of on-site parking spaces at the hotel may include designated bays for disabled guests; however, this is subject to availability. If you require accessible parking, we recommend contacting the hotel directly ahead of your visit to discuss your needs.

Blue Badge holders can also take advantage of Exeter City Council’s on-street parking concessions, which allow free parking in pay-and-display bays and extended parking in certain restricted areas. Additional public car parks are available nearby if required.

The hotel itself is wheelchair accessible and offers accessible facilities for visitors.

Cycling: Public cycle racks are available nearby, including at Exeter Central train station, located directly opposite the venue.

For those bringing bicycles, additional secure parking options can be found at nearby city-centre car parks such as Northernhay Street or Mary Arches Street, both within a 5-10-minute walk. If you’re unsure, we recommend contacting the hotel in advance to check whether they can accommodate bicycle storage during your visit.
